MW4 Cheats
LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-20

These terms cover your use of mw4cheats.com, the purchase of an MW4 license, and running the loader on your own machine. They are written by the team that operates MW4 Cheats, in plain English, so you can actually read them before you agree. If a clause here conflicts with something a support agent tells you casually in chat, this document wins.

By registering an account, buying a key, or launching the loader, you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them. If you do not accept them, do not buy, do not install, and do not log in.

1. Acceptance of these terms

This agreement is between you (the individual holding the account) and [LEGAL ENTITY — TBD before launch] ("we", "us", the operator of MW4 Cheats). It applies to the website, the customer area, the loader software, any support channels we run, and any related tools we release for Modern Warfare 4. We can update these terms; the version live on this page at the time of your next purchase or next loader launch is the version that governs that session. Material changes get called out on the status page before they take effect.

2. What we actually sell

We sell time-limited licenses to a private loader for MW4. We do not sell the game, we do not sell accounts, and we do not sell any promise of a specific in-game result. A license is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the loader for the subscription window you paid for. You do not receive source code, you do not receive redistribution rights, and you do not receive a copy you can hand to a friend. If you want a friend to use the loader, they buy their own key. Details on features live on the cheat page.

3. Your account

To buy a license you register at signup with a working email address and verify it. One person per account. Sharing credentials is grounds for revocation. You are responsible for keeping your email inbox, your password, and any 2FA method under your own control. If your account is used to buy or activate a key, we treat that activity as yours. If you lose access to your email, contact us through contact before you attempt to buy again — creating duplicate accounts to sidestep a lockout is a violation of these terms.

4. License terms

Every key is HWID-locked to a single machine on first activation. You can move the lock through the reset flow described in the HWID guide; the reset window and reset count depend on the plan you purchased and are shown at checkout. The subscription window (day, week, month, or the term you chose) starts at first activation, not at purchase. When the window expires the loader stops working; nothing else about your machine is affected. You may not run one key on multiple machines, in a virtual machine intended to disguise hardware identity, or through any tool that spoofs the trusted platform state that Ricochet expects.

5. Payment and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency the processor selects for your region. All taxes, currency conversions, and processor fees are handled by that processor, not by us. Delivery is automated: once the processor confirms your payment, your key is issued to your account area and to the email on file. If a payment is later reversed, charged back, or refunded by the processor, the license tied to it is revoked at the same time. We do not accept payment outside the listed processors — anyone offering an "off-site" deal is not us.

6. Refunds

Because a key unlocks working software the moment it is issued, refund eligibility is narrow and is defined in a separate document. Read the refund policy before you buy. In short: we will refund when we cannot deliver a working loader in a reasonable window, and we will not refund because you changed your mind after activation, because your account was banned, or because a competing product exists.

7. Risks you are accepting

Modern Warfare 4 is protected by Ricochet, a kernel-level anti-cheat, and requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot on Windows. No third-party loader is ever risk-free. When you buy from us you accept that:

  • Your game account can be banned by Activision or Infinity Ward at any time.
  • Your hardware identifiers can be banned at the platform level.
  • A Ricochet update can break the loader without notice, and we will pause access while we rebuild.
  • We do our best to minimise these outcomes, but we cannot guarantee any of them will not happen to your account.

If you are not comfortable with that reality, do not buy. Background on how we handle detection risk is on the is it safe guide.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer your key to anyone else.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the loader's internals for republication.
  • Bundle the loader with malware, droppers, cryptominers, or any tool that harms other users.
  • Use the loader in tournaments, ranked leagues, or events where doing so would expose an organiser to liability.
  • Present the loader as your own product, use our branding to solicit sales, or claim any affiliation with Activision, Infinity Ward, or Ricochet.

Violation is grounds for immediate revocation.

9. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or revoke a key, or close an account, for breach of these terms — including sharing credentials, bulk purchasing for resale, chargeback abuse, or harassment of our staff. Where the breach is clear and material we do this without refund. Where the situation is ambiguous we will contact the email on file first. You can close your own account at any time by contacting us; closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The loader and the website are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the loader will be uninterrupted, that it will remain undetected, that it will be compatible with every hardware or driver combination, or that it will be fit for any particular purpose you have in mind. Guides such as the install guide and the antivirus notes describe conditions we test against; environments outside those conditions are not warranted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, or the loader is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of game accounts, loss of ranked progress, loss of cosmetic items, loss of streaming income, or loss of goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case the limitation applies to the greatest extent that jurisdiction allows.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — TBD before launch], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith contact via contact within thirty days will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of [JURISDICTION — TBD before launch]. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where the other party is causing ongoing harm.
